Quality Assurance Tester | Technical | WEB testing

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Quality Assurance Support (QAS) Team. This team spread across different locations, is responsible for conducting technical QA on multiple websites and our internal CRM system to ensure flawless functionality and accurate, up-to-date information. Initially, the position requires approximately 6-8 hours per day for training. Once you become familiar with our products and processes, the scheduled shift falls between 0100-1300 EST with a consistent time frame.

Required Skills:

• - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, Selenium.
• - Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• - Access to a reliable PC/laptop.
• - Availability for a full-time, long-term position during specified hours.
• - Strong command of spoken and written English.
• - Installation of Microsoft Office Tools on your PC/laptop.
• - Consistent access to high-speed, stable internet.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific testing procedures.
• - Capability to conduct automated and manual tests and provide detailed reports.
• - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• - Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• - Background in database management.
• - Experience in systems development.

Responsibilities:

• - Conduct thorough checks on website functionalities, content, and layout to ensure optimal performance.
• - Verify the proper functioning of our CRM system.
• - Generate detailed reports using MS Excel.
• - Participate in meetings and provide clear task status updates.
• - Identify and propose improvements to enhance processes and final products.
